Dr. Ray specializes in gynecological health, with a proven track record in managing conditions such as infertility, menstrual disorders, and other female reproductive health issues through classical Ayurvedic therapies and holistic approaches. Her in-depth knowledge and personalized treatment plans have helped thousands of women restore their health and well-being. She has previously served at the well-regarded Ayurveda Hospitals, working across multiple locations in Nepal, including Kathmandu and Itahari, where she gained valuable experience in treating a wide range of patients and complex gynecological cases. He earned his Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (B.A.M.S.) with a Gold Medal from the Institute of Ayurveda, Nepal Sanskrit University (IOA, NSU), and pursued his M.D. in Rasashastra and Bhaishajya Kalpana (RSBK) from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS), India—one of the leading Ayurvedic institutions in South Asia. Dr. Karna has treated thousands of patients over the years, with a strong focus on lifestyle disorders such as diabetes mellitus (DM), hypertension (HTN), thyroid dysfunctions, as well as dermatological, orthopedic, and neurological conditions. He is also well-versed in Panchakarma therapy, applying its principles effectively to support detoxification and long-term wellness. He has served as an Assistant Professor at the Central Ayurveda Campus, Beljhundi, Dang, contributing to academic advancement and mentoring the next generation of Ayurvedic professionals.
